Passo Tonale offers a various proposal to every kind of biker. Among “Valle Camonica and Val di Sole there are a lot of ciclying tracks perfect for the family with children. Here you can feel into the nature. There are also some difficult tracks like Passo Gavia, Passo Mortirolo and Passo Tonale, get famous for “Giro d’Italia”. Adamello bike arena offers 20 km of Mountain Bike- cross country tracks, with a lenght of 500 km. All the tracks are draw and mapped with GPS signals. There are also 8 free-ride tracks with different difficulty level and you can reach them by chair lift if you don’t like to ride uphill. Hotel Angelo host bikers with a reinforced breakfast, perfect for sportive costumers. We also have a bike-room, a place where you can wash your bike, and the laundry service.
There are unlimited tracks to go trekking in Passo Tonale, you just have to choose the landscape that you prefer, wear confortable shoes, and feel free to depart! There are tracks with different difficulty and different lenght, perfect for all of you, from the family with children, to experted hiker. Here you can feel not only the nature, but also the history: in fact in all these places, was fought the First World War. The place offers also some different activities like rafting, tennis, swimming, golf, canoeing, ride the horses…all of this with the wanderful landscape of Adamello-Presanella and Ortles-Cevedale mountains.
With the new playgrounds into the nature, Adamello ski Area is perfect for the children. In Ponte di Legno, the “Valsozzine Park” with small lakes, wood sculptures, water games for children and a kneipp path for adults, is perfect for all the family, while in Passo Tonale the “Villaggio delle marmotte” with playground, wood houses and slipway, give the opportunity to children to discover the marmots! Your children can discover the beauty and the importance of the extraordinary natural and cultural heritage of the “National park of Stelvio” and the “Regional park of Adamello”, visiting the beautiful “Case di Viso” or meeting the local wildlife, in the wildlife areas of Pejo and Pezzo. Hosting in our hotel, you will receive the “Adamello Kids Card” free for all the children from 4 to 12 years old, with which your children can partecipate to exciting initiatives like creative workshop,, games, show, hikes and more, together with the naimators of Mini club. Il comprensorio Pontedilegno-Tonale è una delle destinazioni sciistiche più apprezzate di tutto l’arco alpino. Situata al confine tra Lombardia e Trentino, offre un unico grande carosello sciistico di 100 km di piste di ogni difficoltà, trenta impianti di risalita per tracciati tutti con innevamento garantito, culminanti nei 3.000 metri del ghiacciaio del Presena, dove si può sciare sino a primavera inoltrata. La nuova e velocissima cabinovia Presena porta in soli sette minuti dai 2.585 mt del Passo Paradiso ai 3.000 mt del Passo Presena dove si può godere di una vista spettacolare su Adamello, Lobbie, Presanella e Pian di Neve, il più vasto ghiacciaio delle Alpi italiane. Dal Presena parte una delle piste più lunghe d’Europa per raggiungere “non stop” Ponte di Legno dopo ben undici entusiasmanti chilometri bianchi. Gli snowboardisti non possono farsi mancare un giro allo Snowpark del Tonale presso la seggiovia Valena, che si compone di uno snowpark per rider esperti, un park per principianti e una pista da skicross. L’area chill-out presente a metà snowpark, assicura piacevoli momenti di relax tra una run e l’altra a suon di musica e sdraio e con un panorama mozzafiato.
Adamello Ski gives you the choice of activities for all the winter lovers, not only for skiers and snowboarders. The mountaineerings find in Passo Tonale the starting point of the more beautiful free ride tracks of the Alps; Mandrone, Maroccaro, Cima Venezia, Pisgana, places where high mountains surround the glacier. The lovers of cross-country skiing can find two wonderful tracks, one in Vermiglio and one in Ponte di Legno and during the autumn season it’s possible to do this sport also upon the Presena Glacier. The freeride lovers will find in the Adamello ski area some of the off-tracks more attractive of all the Alps, in order to feel the freeride magic atmosphere in complete safety. Don’t even forget all the others activities that the area will offers you, like the sleddog, trekking with the snowshoes, snowkite, snowmobile, ice karting and the excursions by the helicopter.
Thanks to his sunny slopes, Passo Tonale is a place perfect for children and beginner skiers. You can find the playground “Fantaski” just at the bottom of the slopes where your children can play with you with the snow or they can start skiing with the skiteachers of the skischool Tonale-Presena and Ponte-Tonale. The park is divided into two different areas: The area for skiing and the area for playing. In The first one, a tapis-roulant gives the opportunity to reach easily the top of the slope; while in the playing area there is an area with inflatable games, track for sled and a baby snowtubing. Moreover you can find a miniclub with a programme of funny activities and also a baby-sitting service. In the park there is also a heated wood house where the children can stay togheter with the animators reading tales and playing. Both services will permit to leave your children in safety hands, in order to give you the possibility to enjoy your skiing.
